Condri
About Condri

Help for the part where reassurance stops working.

Condri is for people who know the health anxiety loop from the inside: a sensation, a search, a moment of relief, then the doubt coming back louder.

Plainly

Condri helps you build a steadier relationship with health uncertainty.

Not by telling you that every symptom is fine. That is the old loop. Condri helps you practise what comes after the alarm: delaying the search, noticing the urge to check, writing the worry down, sitting with uncertainty, and returning to the life that got interrupted.

The work is small on purpose. Health anxiety is rarely beaten by one dramatic insight. It changes when the next response changes, again and again, especially when your body feels loud.

What Condri is

  • A self-help app for health anxiety: the loop of symptoms, Googling, checking, reassurance, and doubt coming back.
  • Daily practice for uncertainty. The point is not to prove you are safe forever. The point is to stop letting uncertainty run the day.
  • Tools based on CBT, ERP, ACT, and mindfulness, adapted for the moments health anxiety usually wins.
  • A small team project built from lived experience, clinical input, and a lot of listening to people who know this loop too well.

What Condri is not

  • A medical service, diagnosis, therapist, or substitute for a doctor.
  • A place to ask whether a symptom is dangerous.
  • A reassurance machine. If something gives five minutes of relief and keeps the loop alive, it does not belong here.
  • A promise that you will never feel scared again.

Why it exists

The tools existed. The day-to-day structure did not.

Condri started with Joe Newton, who lived with severe health anxiety for years. The problem was not that he had never heard of CBT or ERP. The problem was using those skills when the fear was already in charge.

George Punter joined to build the product with him. Since then, Condri has become a small working room: app engineers, clinical reviewers, creators, volunteers, and people who found us because they needed this to exist.

The trust test

If a page sounds like it could have been written for any wellness app, it is not good enough for Condri. The real proof is the people: who built it, who checks it, who volunteers for it, and what they are trying not to get wrong.
