Condri is built to be worked through, not sampled. So the guarantee is tied to doing the work: complete all the lessons, use the panic button, and complete a no-googling pledge. If you've done that and your health anxiety hasn't improved, we don't want your money.
Before we send it back, we ask for one thing: a short call with us. Not to talk you out of the refund. Something didn't work, and we want to understand what, so the programme gets better for the next person in your position.
The guarantee covers subscriptions bought through the quiz on our website. To start a request, email us with your User ID from Settings in the app so we can find the right account.
How it works

Send your refund request to hello@condri.app. Include your User ID, which you can find in Settings inside the Condri app.
We check the purchase
We'll look up your account, check where you subscribed, and confirm whether it was a web quiz purchase or an app store purchase.
We reply with the next step
For eligible web subscriptions, we'll process the refund directly. For App Store or Google Play purchases, we'll help you find the right store route.

Good to know
- The money-back guarantee covers web subscriptions bought through the Condri quiz, and asks that you've completed the programme. Separately, you can cancel any time to stop future charges; you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
- Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple's own process. We can help you find the right page, but we can't issue an App Store refund ourselves.
- If you bought through Google Play, refunds follow Google Play's refund process.
