Important Information
Condri is a self-help app, not a substitute for professional care.
Condri offers educational tools and guided exercises for people dealing with health anxiety. It is designed to support reflection and practice between appointments, not to provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or emergency support.
What Condri is
A digital self-help companion with tools informed by approaches such as CBT, ERP, ACT, and mindfulness.
What Condri is not
Medical care, psychotherapy, personalised diagnosis, crisis support, or a replacement for a qualified clinician.
How to use it
Use it alongside your own judgment and, where relevant, alongside medical or mental health support.
What Condri Does
Condri is built to help people practise evidence-based skills commonly used in the treatment of health anxiety, including cognitive and behavioural techniques. Some exercises may feel challenging or uncomfortable, especially those that involve uncertainty, exposure, or changing long-standing habits.
That discomfort does not mean you should push through regardless. You can pause, skip, or stop any exercise at any time.
What Condri Does Not Do
Condri does not:
- diagnose any physical or mental health condition;
- tell you whether a symptom is medically serious or medically harmless;
- replace a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, or other licensed professional;
- provide emergency, crisis, or urgent care;
- tell you to start, stop, or change medication or treatment.
If you have new, persistent, worsening, or concerning physical symptoms, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional rather than relying on the app.
Use Condri Safely
You should use Condri carefully and stop if something feels destabilising, unsafe, or inappropriate for your situation.
Condri may not be suitable for everyone. If you are unsure whether the app or a specific exercise is appropriate for you, speak to your doctor or mental health professional before continuing.
Stop using the app and seek professional help if you experience:
- worsening or overwhelming anxiety;
- new or concerning physical symptoms;
- difficulty functioning in daily life;
- distress that feels unmanageable; or
- thoughts of harming yourself or others.
Crisis and Emergency Support
Condri cannot monitor you in real time and cannot respond to emergencies.
If you believe you may be in immediate danger, are considering harming yourself or someone else, or need urgent support, contact your local emergency services immediately or visit findahelpline.com.
