Condri

Therapist Directory

Condri Therapists is a directory, not a provider of therapy.

We connect people experiencing OCD and health anxiety with therapists who specialize in CBT and ERP. The therapy itself is between you and your chosen therapist — Condri is not involved in your care.

What we do

We review therapist credentials, maintain the directory, and help you find a therapist who understands OCD and health anxiety.

What we don't do

Provide therapy, supervise treatment, guarantee outcomes, handle emergencies, or manage your relationship with a therapist.

Your responsibility

You choose your therapist, assess fit, and manage the relationship directly. Therapy is between you and the therapist.

Independent Practitioners

Therapists listed in the Condri directory are independent practitioners. They are not employees, agents, or contractors of Condri. When you book a session through the directory, your therapeutic relationship is with the therapist — not with Condri.

Each therapist is responsible for their own clinical practice, including the treatment they provide, fees they charge, cancellation policies, and professional conduct.

What We Look For

Before listing a therapist, the Condri team reviews their profile and credentials. We look for:

  • Accreditation with a recognised professional body (e.g., BABCP, APA, BACP)
  • Training and experience in CBT and ERP
  • Understanding of OCD and health anxiety
  • Clear communication about their approach and fees

Our review is based on information provided by the therapist and does not guarantee:

  • the quality or effectiveness of treatment you will receive;
  • that the therapist is the right fit for your specific needs;
  • clinical outcomes or recovery timelines;
  • the accuracy of information on a therapist’s profile over time.

We encourage you to do your own research, ask questions during an initial consultation, and raise concerns with the therapist or their accrediting body if something doesn’t feel right.

No Clinical Relationship with Condri

Using the Condri directory — including browsing, searching, or contacting a therapist — does not create a therapist-client relationship, doctor-patient relationship, or any other clinical relationship with Condri.

Condri does not provide clinical advice, treatment recommendations, or second opinions through the directory.

Booking and Payment

Sessions are arranged and paid directly between you and your chosen therapist. Condri is not involved in payment processing, scheduling, or session delivery.

Any disputes about fees, cancellations, or session content should be resolved directly with the therapist.

Emergency and Crisis Situations

The Condri directory is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or need urgent support, contact your local emergency services or visit findahelpline.com.

Your therapist may have their own out-of-hours policy — please discuss this with them directly.

Raising Concerns

If you have a concern about a therapist listed in the directory:

  • Clinical concerns should be raised with the therapist directly, or with their accrediting body (e.g. BABCP, APA, BACP).
  • Listing concerns (e.g. inaccurate profile information) can be reported to us at hello@condri.app and we will review the listing.

Jurisdiction

Therapists in the directory may practise in different countries and under different regulatory frameworks. It is your responsibility to confirm that a therapist is appropriately licensed or accredited to practise in your jurisdiction.
