Welcome to Condri. We’re a health & wellness company focused on providing support for health anxiety through practical, accessible tools. Our goal is to help people navigate health anxiety by giving them tools that help them manage their health anxiety. Condri is not intended as a substitute for professional care, but rather as a toolkit that can be used alongside any such care.

Condri App LLC from this point on “Condri,” “we,” “our,” or “us” operates the Condri app, associated websites, and all related services and support materials (collectively, the “Services”). We can be reached for support, legal notices, regulatory issues or questions at:

We care about transparency, responsibility, and building something that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives. That begins here, by helping you understand exactly who we are and what we offer.

1. What You’re Signing Up For

1.1 Products and Services

Condri provides digital tools designed to support individuals living with health anxiety. Our products include, without limitation, educational content, guided exercises, self-reflection prompts, assessment tools, and features that incorporate techniques from established anxiety treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and exposure-based strategies.

Our services include access to both free and paid functionality within the Condri app, personalization of daily tasks and guidance, and integration of self-help routines. All services are intended for general wellness and personal insight only. Condri does not provide psychotherapy, medical care, or professional mental health services. Our app is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or individualized therapy with a qualified healthcare provider.

You understand and agree that the services offered through Condri are not clinical care and are not supervised by licensed therapists. We recommend that the app be used as a companion alongside, not instead of, professional support, wherever possible.

1.2 General Rules for Use or Access

(a) By downloading the Condri app, creating an account, using the free trial or paid versions of the service, or otherwise interacting with our content, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. In some cases, you may be asked to explicitly agree (e.g., tapping “I agree” before a subscription purchase). If you do not or cannot agree, you should not use the Services.

(b) These Terms, along with any purchase confirmation issued by Apple/Google or another approved marketplace, form the entire agreement between you and Condri regarding your use of our Services. In specific cases, we may present additional terms (such as feature-specific terms or country-specific notices). Where additional terms apply, they are incorporated into these Terms and will take precedence if there is a conflict.

(c) Please ensure your device, operating system, and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements before using Condri. You are responsible for any mobile data or connectivity charges incurred while using the Services.

1.3 Changes to Terms

Condri reserves the right to change or update these Terms, or any other of our policies or practices, at any time. If a change to these Terms materially modifies your rights or obligations, we may notify you and require that you accept the modified Terms in order to continue to use the Products or Services. We may notify you of such changes via pop-up or push notifications within the Products or via email. If you continue to use the Products or Services after modification, you agree to abide by the modified Terms.

2. Joining the Condri Community

2.1 Creating an Account

To use Condri, you must create a personal account via our Condri app. When signing up, you’ll be asked to provide some basic information, such as your name, email address, date of birth, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any actions taken using your account.

Each user may register only one account. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to anyone else.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

  • You are legally allowed to enter into a binding contract under your local laws
  • The information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
  • You will update your information if it changes
  • Your use of the Services does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws

Some features of Condri may only be available after subscription or completing onboarding.

2.2 Age Requirements

Condri is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

  • If you are 13 to 17 years old, you may only use Condri with the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or licensed mental health professional. By using the Services in this age group, you confirm that such supervision is in place.
  • Children under 13 years old are not permitted to use Condri under any circumstances.

If we learn that an account has been created by someone under 13, or without appropriate consent in the 13–17 range, we will terminate the account and remove any related data.

2.3 Subscriptions & Purchases

(a) Free Trials

You may have access to a free trial period of certain paid features (“Free Trial”). Each user is allowed only one Free Trial per subscription tier, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for a Free Trial at our discretion.

Free Trials automatically convert into a paid monthly, quarterly or annual subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may disable automatic renewal at any time in accordance with the platform’s subscription settings.

(b) Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

Paid features are made available through a recurring subscription (“Subscription”). Subscription terms may be monthly, quarterly or annual. By activating a Subscription, you authorize the platform (via RevenueCat) to charge all applicable fees and taxes at the beginning of each renewal period.

Unless cancelled, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current term.

(c) Subscription Cancellation

You are responsible for cancelling your Subscription before it renews. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, and cancelling a Subscription does not retroactively affect charges already incurred.

(d) Refunds and Withdrawal Rights

We do not issue refunds directly. All purchases are subject to the payment and refund policies of the platform through which you purchased your Subscription (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other platforms).

If you reside in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days unless you began using the paid features during that time. In such cases, the right of withdrawal may be lost once access to paid services begins.

(e) Pricing and Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing for Subscriptions at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before any such change takes effect. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

(f) Additional Limitations

Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal, non-commercial use only. We do not currently support group plans, employer-sponsored access, bundles, or gift subscriptions.

(g) Taxes

All prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable.

3. Canceling Membership

3.1 Termination by Condri

Condri reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any part of our app, content, or services if we determine that you’ve violated these Terms, for example, by copying, downloading, or recording content without permission. This action may be taken immediately and without prior notice. If your account is terminated, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any prepaid subscription fees based on the remaining term.

3.2 Cancellation by You

(a) You can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and the same applies to annual subscriptions and quarterly subscriptions. To cancel, please reach out via email at hello@condri.app or use the account settings within the app.

(b) If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you’ll need to manage your subscription via your Apple ID settings by navigating to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. For Google Play Store purchases, open the Play Store app and manage subscriptions under Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions. Subscription cancellations and renewals handled through Apple or Google are also subject to their respective terms and policies.

4. Prohibited Use of the Products and Services

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others’ rights

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Condri app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Condri App LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Condri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license described above. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

  • RevenueCat: For subscription management and payment processing
  • Railway: For cloud infrastructure and hosting
  • Postmark: For email delivery services
  • Apple App Store and Google Play Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, service interruptions, technical errors, or damage to your device resulting from your use of the app. Where local law prohibits the exclusion of certain warranties, this section will apply only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

8.2 Not Medical Advice

Condri is not a medical or mental healthcare provider, nor does it claim to be. The app offers educational content, suggestions, and self-guided tools such as journaling prompts and anxiety management exercises. These are designed to support your personal understanding and management of health anxiety but are not intended to replace clinical diagnosis, psychological treatment, or professional mental health services.

Nothing in the app should be interpreted as medical advice. You agree not to rely on any information provided through the app as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. If you have a mental health condition or any uncertainty about your wellbeing, you should always seek help from a licensed professional. You accept full responsibility for how you choose to use the app, and you understand that Condri is not liable for any emotional, psychological, or behavioral outcomes resulting from its use.

8.3 On AI-Generated Content

Parts of the Condri app may rely on artificial intelligence to provide personalized support and guide you through certain cognitive frameworks. While we design these systems with care and safety in mind, they operate based on probabilistic models and may occasionally provide inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. The AI does not possess clinical understanding or human judgment, and should not be perceived as a substitute for a therapist or healthcare professional. You agree that you will not treat any AI response as clinical advice, and you understand that Condri is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated suggestions, lessons, or feedback. We encourage users to use critical judgment and, where needed, seek clarification or professional guidance.

By creating an account and using the Condri app, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us, including push notifications, email updates, and in-app messages. These communications may include service updates, security alerts, onboarding tips, content recommendations, feature updates, tips about using the app, and important information related to your account or subscription. We send these communications to ensure a smooth and personalized experience while using the app.

Email Communications: By signing up for an account, you agree that we may send you emails about the app, including feature updates, tips, and other relevant information. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@condri.app. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you essential service-related communications, such as security alerts, account notifications, and important updates about your subscription.

If you provide your phone number, you may also receive occasional SMS/text messages. These may include optional alerts, feature updates, or promotional offers. Standard carrier charges may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.

You acknowledge that electronic communication is not always secure. While we limit the type and sensitivity of information transmitted via unencrypted email or notifications, we cannot guarantee full confidentiality during transmission or storage. For sensitive account matters, we recommend contacting us securely at hello@condri.app.

By continuing to use Condri, you agree that communication with us may primarily take place in electronic form and that such communication meets any legal requirement for written communication under applicable law.

You may request a paper copy of any legally required communications by emailing us. You can also modify your communication preferences or withdraw consent by updating your settings in the app or contacting hello@condri.app. Please note that opting out of essential service-related communications may limit your access to certain app functionalities.

We reserve the right to revise or discontinue our electronic communication practices. If we do so, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Condri respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our app to do the same. You may not upload, distribute, or otherwise make available any content on or through the app that you do not have the legal right to use.

If you believe that any content available through Condri infringes your copyright, please notify us at hello@condri.app. Include:

  • A description of the work you believe has been infringed
  • Where it appears in the app
  • Your contact information
  • A good faith statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
  • A declaration that the information you provide is accurate

Upon receiving a valid claim, we will review the request and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account restriction.

11. International Use

Condri offers self-guided digital tools for mental health support, such as educational content, exercises, and anxiety management techniques. These tools are intended to complement, not replace, professional mental health care.

Our services are not classified as medical devices and are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or prevention of mental disorders. If you require medical treatment or are in crisis, please contact a licensed health professional or emergency services in your country.

Access to Condri may be restricted in countries or jurisdictions where such tools are regulated as medical services or otherwise prohibited by law. By using the app, you confirm that doing so is legal in your country of residence.

12. Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any concerns you may have without legal action. If you have an issue with the app or our services, please contact us first at hello@condri.app and we’ll do our best to resolve it informally within 30 days.

If we are unable to reach a resolution, then, unless otherwise required by law, any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Products, or Services will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Condri App LLC operates.

This clause does not restrict your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your right to bring claims before the competent court in your country of residence if required by applicable law.

13. General Terms

13.1 Assignment

Condri may transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms to another company or individual if this does not materially impact your rights. You may not transfer your rights or obligations to anyone else without our written permission.

13.2 Indemnification

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Condri, its directors, team members, affiliates, and partners from any third-party claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Products or Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights. We may assume control of our legal defense if needed, and you agree to cooperate.

13.3 Limitation of Liability

Condri is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (such as lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm) arising out of your use or inability to use our Products and Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event, or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.

13.4 No Waiver

If we delay or fail to enforce any part of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to do so later.

13.5 Force Majeure

Condri is not responsible for failure to perform or unavailability of Products or Services due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, or regulatory changes).

13.6 Notices

All notices to Condri must be sent to: hello@condri.app.

We may contact you at the email address linked to your account. Notices will be considered delivered once sent or posted.

13.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms (along with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced documents) make up the entire agreement between you and Condri regarding our Products and Services. They replace any previous agreements or discussions.

13.8 Third Party Rights

Only you and Condri have rights under these Terms. No third party has legal standing to enforce any part of this agreement.

13.9 Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
