Account Management

Unsubscribe from Subscription

To cancel your subscription, you need to do so through your device's app store:

  • iOS (iPhone/iPad): Open the App Store app → Tap your profile → Subscriptions → Find Condri → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Find Condri → Cancel Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through Apple and Google, so you must cancel them through their respective stores. Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Export Your Data

You can export your health data directly from the Condri app:

  1. Open the Condri app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings (tap the settings icon in the bottom navigation)
  3. Tap Manage Data
  4. Tap Export CSV to download all your health entries and data
  5. Your data will be saved as a CSV file that you can open in any spreadsheet application

The exported CSV file includes all health entries (symptoms, feelings, check-ins), exercise responses, journal entries, and timestamps. For a complete export of all account data (including subscription information, account details, etc.), please contact us at hello@condri.app.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from within the Condri app. Before deleting, we strongly recommend exporting your data first, as account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: From Account Details

  1. Open the Condri app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Tap Account Details
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion

Option 2: From Subscription Settings

  1. Open the Condri app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Tap My Subscription
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion

Important: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your device's App Store or Play Store settings before deleting your account. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
